Intro to UAV
Audio Video Production
This is a technical laboratory course. It provides students an understanding of the careers in the Audio / Video technology field. Students will learn to all aspects of video production. This class will produce a variety of video productions. Students will learn aspects of television production.
In this class we will go over a variety of topics in Audio / Video technology. Students will serve in different jobs and positions in the Audio / Video industry.

75% Daily Work
+25% Tests/ Major Projects
9 Weeks Average
Grades in this course will be based on both in class participation in class discussions, readings, and flight activities and also on tests and quizzes covering course material. Students are expected to be active participants in their learning. Late work will follow district policy of one day per day absent.
Readings and quizzes will be done thru the Canvas system. Contact with teacher can be done thru Canvas or thru email. If a parent phone call / zoom meeting is requested one can be arranged thru email.
Audio Video Production 2
This is a technical laboratory course. It provides students an understanding of the careers in the Audio / Video technology field. Students will produce a biweekly television show. They will learn and participate in all aspects of News Production. Students will serve in different jobs and positions in the Audio Video Industry.

Intro to UAV
This course is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment or continuing education in piloting UAV operations. Students will learn UAV flight navigation, industry laws and regulations, safety regulations, and mission planning procedures. It is the goal of this course that each of you receive your Recreational UAS Safety Certificate and pass the Part 107 test to receive your UAV Pilots License. Students will also gain experience flying a variety of types of drones and exploring their various uses.

Senior Class
Mr Torres has been the Senior Class Sponsor since 2015. We work to create a memorable year for our Seniors and organize a variety of events for them thru out the year.
E-sports
We are in our second year of E-Sports. We are currently playing Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart. We are looking forward to expanding our program as we grow. If interested speak to Mr Torres.
